- We guarantee accurate color and high-quality stitching as shown in the product photos.
- All items are quality checked before dispatch.
📦 Product Check on Delivery
- We encourage all customers to check their product in front of the delivery person.
- If you notice any issue (wrong item, damage, or defect), please return it immediately to the delivery agent.
- Once a product is accepted during delivery, it is considered approved by the customer.
🚫 No Returns After Use
- Products that have been worn, washed, or used will not be accepted for return or refund.
- Returns must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
🔁 Return Conditions
- Returns are only accepted for incorrect or defective items reported at the time of delivery.
- No change-of-mind returns are accepted after delivery is completed and confirmed.
